ADD A NAME AND/OR NUMBER

THIS LISTING IS TO ADD A NAME AND/OR NUMBER TO THE BACK OF YOUR APPAREL. YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD THIS TO YOUR CART FOR EACH ITEM THAT YOU WANT PERSONALIZATION ADDED (one shirt $3, two shirts $6, etc.).

If you only want a name and/or number added on one item in your purchase, please specify in the personalization box which item the personalization should be applied. If you do not add the same amount of personalization orders to your cart as apparel, and I am unable to reach you for details, I will refund that portion of your order and will not personalize any of the items. You are always welcome to drop the items off and pay at a later date to add personalization.
